COVID-19

What we do to help flatten the curve

Vi Dog Training follows the official guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Sweden (Folkhälsomyndigheten) concerning COVID-19.

We keep a safe distance from others

We keep a safe distance from clients and others. We use hand sanitizer and/or wash our hands as often as possible.

Cancellation in the case of symptoms

If we ourselves have any symptoms of COVID-19, we cancel both private lessons and group classes. We expect our clients to follow the same procedure and to cancel their lesson if they develop any symptoms of COVID-19.

We generally do not return payment to clients if they cancel their private lessons within 24 hours of the lesson. However, due to COVID pandemic, we have chosen to temporarily change these conditions. Clients who have COVID-19 symptoms can reschedule their private lesson to another date. Private lessons can be rescheduled at any point up until the start time of the lesson. Clients are still charged for no-shows.

We train outside

When giving classes, we meet and train outside in small groups with lots of distance between each other. Clients bring their own treats, toys and water for their dogs. Vi Dog Training brings hand sanitizer to the courses.

We take advantage of the possibilities of teaching online

Whenever possible and relevant, we teach online instead of in person. An example is the fact that we offer private lessons online.

Education material is provided online

We share our education material with the dog owners online instead of printing it out and handing it over physically.
